Do we have to handle money, sizes, or shipping?
No. Buyers pick their own sizes and pay at checkout. We take care of production, shipping, and delivery, so your team can stay focused on the robot.
Can our store raise money for the team?
Yes. Fundraising is available on a year round store: your team sets its own price for each item and keeps everything above our cost. What your team earns depends on how many people buy and the price you set.
When is the best time to open a store?
Most teams open one at the start of the season, before a big event, or around the holidays when families are shopping for gifts. Some run a few short stores through the year.
Can our store stay open all year?
Yes. Many teams keep a store open year round so alumni, families, and supporters can order whenever they want.

How do event stores work?
An event store opens for a set window and closes before the event, so every order ships to the buyer in time. We also bring a smaller selection to sell at the event. Each item in the store is labeled Also at the event or Online only, so people know what to pre-order.
Do you only work with certain robotics programs?
No. BotFitters works with robotics teams of every kind, whatever program you compete in, across the country.
How long does it take?
Turnaround depends on the size of the order and the shop that produces the gear. Tell us your event date and we'll plan around it.
